The (ICIC) expresses<\/strong> its utmost condemnation and deep concern over the military aggression carried out by the Israeli occupation forces on the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This attack resulted in human and material losses, disrupted essential services, and threatened regional stability and the safety of civilians.<\/p>\n

This act<\/strong> constitutes a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of a member state of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), and a serious breach of international humanitarian law and the United Nations Charter. Accordingly, the ICIC affirms the following:<\/p>\n

Strongly <\/strong>condemns the Israeli aggression, which poses a grave threat to international peace and security, and violates the fundamental rights of peoples to live in safety and dignity.<\/p>\n

Denounces<\/strong> the deliberate targeting of civilian nuclear facilities, which marks an extremely dangerous escalation, threatening not only the Iranian people but also the entire region. Such attacks risk causing radioactive, health, and environmental disasters, and pose a serious threat to global peace and security.<\/p>\n

Calls upon<\/strong> the international community, the United Nations, and humanitarian organizations to urgently intervene to stop this escalation, prevent further aggression, ensure respect for international law, and provide protection for civilians and civilian infrastructure \u2014 including critical and peaceful facilities.<\/p>\n

Warns<\/strong> of the serious humanitarian consequences that could arise from this aggression, especially if the conflict escalates further. This includes potential waves of internal displacement, disruption of healthcare and relief services, and an increase in civilian casualties \u2014 particularly among women, children, and the elderly.<\/p>\n

Expresses<\/strong> full solidarity with the Iranian people, and supports the efforts of the Iranian Red Crescent Society in responding to the humanitarian needs. The ICIC also affirms its readiness to coordinate with national Red Crescent and Red Cross societies in OIC Islamic countries, as well as with relevant international organizations, to support relief efforts and deliver urgent humanitarian aid to those affected.<\/p>\n

Calls<\/strong> for de-escalation and restraint, urging all parties to adopt dialogue and peaceful solutions, and to protect the peoples of the region from the devastating effects of war and armed conflict.<\/p>\n

The ICIC reiterates its firm commitment to the principles of humanity, neutrality, and impartiality, and affirms its full readiness to fulfill its humanitarian mission under all circumstances, in line with its mandate to support humanitarian causes in the Islamic world and beyond.<\/p>\n
