He met with His Excellency Ambassador Ali Mahmoud Buhedma, ICIC President , in the presence of Dr. Mohamed Hamad Elasbali, ICIC Executive Director, and Mr. Omar Farid Ajwaili, ICIC Head of the Administrative Affairs Office and responsible for partnerships and cooperation .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is worth noting that Mr. Furqan arrived Benghazi on August 5, 2026, to participate in the opening of the Humanitarian Leadership Center of the Libyan Red Crescent Society, which took place on August 6, 2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This meeting discussed the arrangements for holding the third forum of the <strong><b>SPBC<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0on the role of Red Crescent and Red Cross societies in building social peace and implementing the international humanitarian law. The Iraqi Red Crescent Society will host this forum, which will be held in Baghdad in the first week of October 2026.
